Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or dispatch begins. Once manufacturing, customization, or shipping has commenced, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by the customer.
• Product is unavailable after payment confirmation.
• Order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Change of mind after order confirmation.
• Minor variations in product appearance that do not affect functionality.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method used during purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

Customers must report damaged or defective products within 24 hours of delivery, along with supporting photographs or videos.
